When you place an order through our website, our system will automatically send you an email with an order confirmation, which will detail the items you have ordered. This email serves solely as an electronic receipt for the receipt of your order. Placing an order(s) through our website is not a legally binding agreement. LOED therefore reserves the right to cancel your order due to typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failures, or similar situations. A binding receipt will be sent to you in an email titled "Your order is on its way" when we have dispatched the items you have ordered.


On loed.dk, you can pay with credit/debit cards, MobilePay, Google & Apple Pay, and LOED Gift Cards. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, and Maestro. Payment will be charged to your account when we dispatch your items. All prices on loed.dk are initially stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%). You can choose to convert the price to another currency via a menu option on the page. However, the settlement of your payment will be in DKK. All payments are made via a secure and encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer), ensuring that your card details cannot be read by LOED or any third parties.



LOED gift cards can be used as payment on loed.dk Gift cards issued by LOED CANNOT be used at our retailers or partners. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issuance. You do not need to use the entire amount at once. If you do not use the full amount, the balance of the gift card is automatically updated. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to your card. You have a 14-day cancellation right for gift cards purchased on loed.dk, provided that neither you nor the recipient have redeemed the gift card in whole or in part.


We occasionally issue discount codes. The discount code must be entered during the purchase process, before you complete the payment for your order. You cannot use a discount code after the order has been completed. It is only possible to use one discount code per order. Discount codes can be combined with gift cards. Discount codes are subject to specific conditions. The conditions for individual discount codes may vary and will be specified in the material with the given code. Discount codes CANNOT be used as a full payment method and cannot be exchanged for gift cards, credit notes, or similar.


Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 days, provided the items are in stock. LOED produces small batches to ensure that products are always fresh and to avoid stockpiling. Therefore, we ask for your understanding if there is a slight delay. If the item cannot be dispatched within 2 days, you will be notified via email. You will receive a notification via email, containing a tracking number and receipt, as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can expect to receive your order 1-5 days after shipping depending on your destination and choice of delivery.

We offer delivery in Denmark and the EU in the following countries:

You have a 14-day cancellation right when you shop on loed.dk

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods, or the last part of your goods, if parts of your order have been sent separately.

To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us no later than 14 days after receiving your item by sending an email to service@loed.dk.

In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation and provide your order number.

You will subsequently receive an email with a link to our Return Portal, which can be used to purchase return shipping.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item.

To use your right of cancellation, the items must be unopened, unused, and free from damage and in the same condition as when delivered. This means the sealed bag or the seal on the item itself must not be broken.


You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item.

To use your right of cancellation, the items must be unopened, unused, and free from damage and in the same condition as when delivered. This means the sealed bag or the seal on the item itself must not be broken.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods is adequately packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of the item's delivery.

We recommend that you purchase return shipping through our Return Portal. Return shipping costs 50 DKK, and your shipment will be sent as an insured package with Track & Trace.

Refund of the paid amount is made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase and only for the price of the item. Any shipping costs are not refunded.


When you shop on loed.dk, you have a 2-year warranty according to the "Købeloven". This means that if there is something wrong with the item you have received, you can, as a rule, have the item exchanged, get your money back, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the actual situation.

The warranty does not cover errors, damage, or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation or use, poor maintenance, mechanical impact, or incorrect storage. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item.

If you complain within two months after the defect/malfunction has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If you wish to file a complaint, you must send an email to service@loed.dk. In your message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to file a complaint. You must provide your order number, which product it concerns, and a description of the product's fault or defect.

We will then contact you regarding exchange, refund, or reduction in price, and whether the item needs to be returned. If the item needs to be returned, we cover the shipping costs and will send you a package label and instructions via email.


LOED reserves the right for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, sold-out items, and force majeure, including labour disputes and deficiencies in or delay of deliveries from subcontractors.

All information and content displayed on loed.dk, including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, graphics, images, video, text, and sound (collectively called "content") belongs to LOED and is protected by Danish and international copyright laws. Neither the content nor any part of the website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, downloaded, modified, or otherwise exploited in whole or in part for any purpose without our express prior written consent.


Occasionally, we may display links to other websites that are controlled or maintained by third parties. These links are for general information purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement by us of the websites or the content displayed on them.


You agree that these terms and your use of the website are governed by the laws of Denmark at all times. You hereby consent that the courts, administrative authorities, and other dispute resolution organizations in Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction and are the proper venue in any dispute.
